Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from wehomein. Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. This policy applies to all orders placed on wehomein.com and delivered anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
Damaged or defective goods
If products arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong product, we will collect it and replace it at our expense.
Change of mind (unwanted items)
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Exchanges
Items eligible for return under this policy may be exchanged for a different product instead of refunded. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the exchange; any price difference is settled at the time of exchange, and the same eligibility conditions and 7-day window apply.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-cut tiles
- Made-to-order products (including UPVC windows and doors manufactured to your measurements)
- Adhesives and chemicals once opened
- Clearance items
These items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Natural material variation (shade, veining, texture) in marble, stone and tiles is not considered a defect and is not grounds for return. Natural stone and marble are unique materials, and veining, shade and pattern will differ between slabs and batches.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
Warranties
Products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product category and brand. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and installation details.
