Wehomein.com offers building materials and finishing products including tiles, porcelain, marble, natural stone, UPVC doors and windows, WPC doors, adhesives, waterproofing materials, and related construction supplies.

  • All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and textures may vary slightly due to natural material variation and screen display differences.
  • Natural stone and marble products (marble, travertine, granite) are unique materials; veining, shade, and pattern will differ between slabs and batches.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange a substitute or refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on wehomein.com are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
  • We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • For large or project-based orders, we offer invoice payment terms. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 566 671 821 to discuss commercial credit terms.
  • Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, processing begins upon receipt of funds.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order on wehomein.com, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a formal Order Confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • For custom-cut, special-order, or project-quantity materials, cancellation after confirmation may not be possible. We will advise you at the time of order.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to certain products. These are clearly noted on product pages.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Delivery timescales are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days depending on your emirate and product availability.
  • Bulk and pallet deliveries for building materials require ground-level access and a suitable unloading area. It is your responsibility to ensure access is available at the delivery address.
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.
  • If you are not available to accept delivery, we will contact you to reschedule. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

  • Damaged or defective goods: If products arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, we will collect and replace it at our expense.
  • Change of mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return delivery costs are borne by the customer.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-cut tiles, made-to-order products, adhesives and chemicals once opened, and clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Natural material variation (shade, veining, texture) in marble, stone, and tiles is not considered a defect and is not grounds for return.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

7. Warranties

  • Products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product category and brand.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
  • For warranty claims, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and installation details.

Wehomein.com supplies building materials and finishing products. Unless explicitly stated, our prices are for supply only and do not include installation.

  • We strongly recommend all materials are installed by a qualified professional.
  • Wehomein.com is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on wehomein.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Wehomein and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Wehomein’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of project revenue, or costs of re-work caused by product issues.
